Talen Tools is a a wholesale distributor and supplier of garden tools. We only supply to stores (B2B), and not to consumers.

Shipping Information

All our deliveries are subject to our general terms and conditions of delivery. Upon request, we will send you a copy.

Shipping costs

We deliver carriage paid from €250,-.

If not postage paid, an additional €25,- order fee will be added.

Delivery time

The delivery time is 3 to 4 working days.

Returns

Would you like to return an item? Then you will get the purchase amount -10% return excluding shipping costs.

Warranty

Want to know if a broken item is under warranty? Please send an email (with a picture) to klantenservice@talentools.nl. If you are an individual, it is best to contact the store where you purchased the item. Talen Tools provides a 3-year warranty on their items under normal use and storage. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase in the store by the original end-use purchaser. The legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do.

We make no warranty on the items listed below:

- If the article is used incorrectly(e.g. a shovel used as a lever);

- If the item is not maintained (e.g. a pressure sprayer that is not rinsed with water or a shovel that is not cleaned after use);

- If the item is stored outside in a place where it can rain;

- for minor deviations, which do not prevent normal use of the article.
